    B: omlet with ham and pineapple, 2 slices bacon, coffee with coconut creamer
    S: pistachios
    L: chicken/bacon/sweet potato stirfry
    S: paleo granola, coffee with cocn creamer
    D: sausage/squash/onion skillet

    I Wod’d at 8:30, got 8+13 and a nasty blood blister from the KBS!! But kipping pull ups with the band were much easier today than yesterday!! I need to drink more water!!

    L. 1lb of turkey breast… Half avocado … 2 cups of green beans…
    S. cup of almonds
    D. Jimmy johns unwhich … Ham turkey cucumber tomato mustard no cheese no mayo…

    Today’s wod at 4 I got 9 rounds
    Going to bed at 10 … Alarm is set for 5 am…

    L- 1 c. of Turkey Chili, baby carrots, 1/4 of avocado, 1/2 small apple, water
    D- 1 1/2 Lean Pork Loin with 1c.of broccoli, cauliflower, 1/4 c. sweet potato, 1/2 avocado, water and coffee with almond milk

    Need to work on getting in some snacks. Not allowed snacks at work, so during the day is impossible, but I’m thinking when I get home from work and maybe after the WOD.

        It was regular creamer yesterday but I did use coconut milk and no sugar in it today and it was good! Also, I had some Gatorade yesterday too that I forgot to write in.

    L: 2 grilled chicken breasts, 1 Avocado, seemed brocolli
    S: Carrots w/almond butter
    D: citrus white fish with steamed kale

    Went to the gym and did mobility and warm up.
