Day 2…let the Hunger Games begin…

Within the next few days some of you will start feeling the oh so amazing side effects of sugar detox. If you start feeling moody, tired, hungry, or like you have no energy up your food intake – especially your fats.

You have until 1/18/13 at 12pm to post your results for today. If you haven’t already, be sure to log your food from yesterday on yesterday’s post.

    D – 1 Cup Lettuce + 1/2 Tomato + 1/2 Avocado + 1/2 Cup Chopped Chicken

    L: Salad with salami and pepperoni with Italian dressing
    S: Bag of plantain chips
    Post Wod: Protein Shake
    D/S: not really hungry, 4Tbsp sunflower butter, applesauce cup, 1/2 sweet potato with coconut butter and cinnamon
    hot tea with honey

    Sleep last night: 7 hours and a 2 hour nap today
    Wod: wendler DL 65%x5. 75%x5, 85%x5,
    25,15,5 pistols, 5, 15,25 hand release pushups : 4;49
    30, 20, 15 seconds power rope things in the back

    L: 2 Grass Fed/PALEO Hot Dogs, sm salad(romaine lettuce)w/ just carrots and cherry tomatoes (no dressing), and a handful of almonds.

    D: lg salad (romaine lettuce), grilled chicken 4 oz., 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, and 1/2 avocado.

    7+ hours of sleep
    Wod 15:55 with 83# squat (good to be back)
    Gym workout biceps,back,abs. (not sure I you need this.. Prob not)

    8:30 WOD, 21:?? time. I felt tired, I know I need to eat more and drink more water! but it was definately a detox day!!
