Day 3.

Please don’t eat my face off. Some of you have started really feeling the dreaded day 3 detox. If you’re an angry/bitchy detoxer, like me, get in and hit a WOD. It will make you feel better, promise. Make sure you guys are eating enough. Remember you get 1 paleo “treat” per week. If you are craving something make it over the weekend, but remember you can have it ONCE. Not for an entire day, or multiple meals. ONCE.

You have until 1/19/13 at 12pm to post your results for today. If you haven’t already, be sure to log your food from yesterday on yesterday’s post. Remember, you get 2 extra points if you go to Yoga & Open Gym tomorrow. Cya bitches there 🙂

    9 hours sleep
    8:30 WOD (which was totally BA!) Partner WOD and Justine and I did great! I pulled something in my glute/hip doing lunges though so I slowed us up a bit…
    B: coffee, hawaiian omlet

    L: smoothie… ate late, didn’t take time to prep anything, trying to make paleo and non paleo food for a thirtyone party at my house… 😦

    sauteed onions and zucchini with 3/4 chicken breast
