Day 4

You have until 1/21/13 at 12pm to post your results for today. Please accept my apology for posting this late. As you know, the Open is quickly approaching, so is The Battle For The Cup at CrossFit TNT. Training has been kicked into high mode, so we’ve been at the gym literally alllllllll weekend. My hands are trashed. Sorry :)

    B: black coffee with cinnamon and vanilla
    L: Sushi…yeah I know
    D. Leftover luch
    Wod: Wendler bench and Strict Press at open gym
    Sleep: 6.5ish hours

    3 scrambled eggs hamburger meat

    S: kill cliff almonds

    L: ribeye steak hard boiled eggs

    S: hard boiled eggs couple strawberries

    D: pork chop hard boiled egg and a apple

    10 hours of sleep!

    Open gym for pull up work/ squat depth with OHS work
    B: coffee, hawaiian omlet, 2 bacon
    S: pistachios
    D: 1 red wine, 4 oz steak, 8 shrimp, baked SP (took my own coconut butter), grilled suqsh

    D: sunbutter w/ apples, paleo granola, 1/2 avacado (working= no “real” dinner)

    l-paleo chicken alredo
    s-carrots, broccoli, cauliflower
    d-homemade sweet potato fries (oh yummy) homemade jalapeno popper (pepper with turkey italian sausage wrapped in bacon) steak
    s-sweet potato fries carrots guacamole red wine
    drove through the night no sleepy:(

    S: celery, almond butter, raisins
    L: pork meatballs w/ sweet potato mash
    D: blackberry pork chop (from PaleOMG…so good!) and broccoli
    S: carrots, 1/2 avocado, sausage

    No WOD
    Sleep 8 1/2 hours

      keep it together girl! those french fries and the frap are HORRIBLE – so are the wings and spaghetti. so many chemicals and so much fat/sugar. your body stores all of that!
