    L – 7 Chicken Meatballs + 5 Cherry Tomatoes + 1 Baby Carrot + 1 T. Sunbutter
    S – Organic Shredded Cocnut + Almonds
    D – Taco Salad
    S – Lara Bar

    Yoga and Open Gym – Box Jumps and Front Squats

    L: 2 chicken brats grilled, 1 pickle, almonds, and avocado
    D: 10oz taco meat, avocado, tomatoes, lettuce
    S: banana and almonds

    Sleep: 8 hours
    WOD: yes. Open Gym from 10:45 until 12:00… Thrusters, box jumps, abmat sit-ups, pull-ups, etc
    ** protein Shake after WOD

    L – 2 Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs (GF). Avocado. 1c Spinach. 1 1/2c Mixed Veggies.
    S – Orange.
    D – 10oz Steak. Paleo Pancakes. 1 1/2c Mixed Veggies. (Yea… Made breakfast for dinner.)
    S – Avocado.

    WOD – Open Gym. Power Clean 155# [PR / Goal of 150# Reached]

    L: paleo chili with guacamole
    S: radishes, peppers and celery w/ almond butter and raisins
    D: tilapia w/ mangoes and avocado, broccoli, sweet potato fries

    Yoga and Open Gym (13 unbroken wall balls…not fast, but better :))

        Yes it is paleo. You take a muffin pan and place bacon in a circle inside each muffin space fill with beat eggs and veggies bake at 350 for 30min. Only fill half full they expand

    L- 2 eggs with vegetables
    S-apple with 2 tsp of almond butter
    D-Cauliflower soup, pork chop, & avocado
    No WOD 😦
    3 mile run since November- Yay!!

    9 am yoga, then open gym… worked on Pull ups and du’s… got 16 unbroken!! yippee!!

    L: sloppy joes, brussel sprouts
    S: pistacios
    D: steak, sweet potato
