    B – 1 Egg + 1/4 Cup Blueberries
    L – Turkey + Salami + Pickle Wrap + Baby Carrots + 1 T. Sunbutter
    S – Lara Bar
    D – Chicken Breast + Lettuce + Baby Carrots + 2 Dates

    No WOD

    Sleep – 8.5 Hours

    S – Avocado.
    L – 8oz Beef. Green Pepper. Yam.
    S – Orange.
    D – 16oz Chicken Breast. 2 Avocados. 1/2c Pineapple.
    S – Apple. Sun Butter.

    WOD – Yes. 19:30. OHS 95# (PR).
    Post WOD Protein – Yes
    Sleep – 7.25

    L..salad with wild Alaskan salmon, cranberries, walnuts, pears, balsamic vinegar
    S..beef jerky
    D..coconut crusted chicken, apple and almonds and almond milk

    L: paleo chili
    S: carrots, raisins, almonds
    D: chicken w/ coconut milk and mango, riced cauliflower

    A lot of fruit today…but better than the Oreos and ice cream I really wanted 🙂

    Wod 8:30…. box jump fail! felt dizzy though all day

    L: paleo chicken salad
    S: pistacchios
    D: ham, brussel sprouts, martini… skipped the jello, corn, mom’s homemade rolls AND her fabulous chocolate sheet cake!! that was tough!!

    Snacks: LOTS of citrus fruits…I have been crrraving sweets and this curbs the cravings
