Sign up for the CrossFit Open HERE. You’re going to be doing the Open WODs no matter what so you might as well doooooooooooo itttttttttttttttttttt.

You have until 2/2/13 at 12pm to post your results for today.

    L-paleo treat (apple, banana muffin)
    S- almond milk

    D – 8oz Beef. Avocado. 2c Stir Fry (Mushrooms, Onions & Green Peppers).
    S – 12oz Burger. 1/4c Blueberries.
