Day 18.

Thanks to Punxsutawney Phil, we have Spring to look forward to…time to use all those pretty SLEDS from Axom :]

If you haven’t already, sign up for the CrossFit Open HERE. We already have 37 people signed up to participate! You’re going to be doing the Open WODs no matter what so you might as well officially participate. It’s an experience you won’t want to miss!

You have until 2/5/13 at 12pm to post your results for today.

    no open gym/yoga
    B: 2 eggs, 2 bacon, coffee
    L: burger with mushrooms/onions, brussel sprouts
    D: steak, sp
    S: pistachios, red wine

    L: n/a (had a late breakfast)
    D: paleo chili

    Yoga and open gym

    B- Coffee with Almond milk, paleo granola, blueberries
    L- Eggs, bacon, apple
    S- Almonds, baby carrots
    D- Tuna, avocado
    S-Butternut Squash soup, almonds, glass of wine
    Yoga (I loved it!!) and open gym -row, practice my pullups but I can only do 1 without band- doubleunders,
    Sleep 8 hrs

        Its ok pilar. It was just one vacation cheat on my ski trip. I’m back to reality now. We got this!

    B: Eggs w/onion and green pepper, 1 Turkey Sausage and 3 slices turkey bacon
    S: Pecans
    L: Chicken breast with spagetti squash, onions, green peppers and zucchini
    S: Clemintine
    D: Ground Beef, spagetti squash, onions, cilantro, green peppers and fresh tomatoes

    Wod: None
    Sleep 7 hrs

    S – Almonds
    L – Guacamole Burger. Sweet Potato Fries
    S – Orange
    D – 8oz Steak. 2c Stir Fry Veggies. Avocado. 1/2c Strawberries.
    S – Apple. Sun Butter.

    WOD – Push-ups, Sit-ups & Squats.
    Post WOD Protein – Yes.
    Sleep – 9

        No. I did a WOD at home because when we talked on Thursday you told me there wouldn’t be an open gym since you were going to q town. Found out Monday that someone came in and opened up the gym. Count it or not, it’s fine. 🙂
