Hopefully you all stayed clean during the Super Bowl. It’s events like this that make the Paleo lifestyle a little tough. Put down the Chips & Dip and the Budweiser and go grab some meat and a Woodchuck!

    B: 2 eggs, 4 bacon, 2 sausage, coffee, fresh fruit
    L: sp/beef/apples
    D/S: chicken/salsa, bacon wrapped weenies, vodka, bbq wings, 4 cheetos…

    B: scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon and black coffee
    L: chicken and apple slices
    D: hamburger (no bun), avocado, tomato, bacon and sweet potato fries
    Sleep: 7.5 hrs

    L: grilled chicken with lettuce tomato and bacon
    D: wings… Mom made dry rub salt pepper and lemon ones for me:) instead if bufflalo

    L- Butternut squash soup, poached egg, beef with onions
    D- Turkey & Chicken Chili, avocado, glass of red wine

    S-paleo apple raisin cookies
    L- raisins, banana, apple fig butter yum!
    S- lots of fresh fruit & veggies
    D- chilli, coconut chicken, date cookies
    (Paleo Super Bowl party was a success!)
    Wod- no, 1 mile run
    Sleep- 9hrs

    B: meat crust quiche with spinach, onion and sweet potato, 8 strawberries
    L: twice baked sweet potato half with ground turkey and lots of spices, paleo ranch dressing, asparagus
    S: raw veggies, raisins
    D: pulled pork and mashed plantains
    S: paleo treat: “magic brownies” from paleomg, veggies with homemade guac

    we stayed away from superbowl parties because we knew the temptation would be to much!!
