    B: meat crust quiche w/ spinach, onion, and sweet potato; cantaloupe
    S: celery and peppers with homemade guac
    L: pulled pork and mashed plantains
    D: twice baked sweet potato half with ground turkey, paleo ranch dressing, asparagus
    S: hot tea w/ honey, almonds

    no WOD
    Sleep: 8 hours

    B: 1 HB egg, carrots w/ sunbutter, 1/2 grapefruit
    L: lettuce wrap with turkey & bacon, carrots, celery & 1/2 orange
    S: almonds & dried strawberries
    D: grilled steak, sweet potato w/ coconut butter& lil bit of bacon crumbled on top , mushrooms & bussel sprouts

    WOD 8:30…22:32, I think I got my WOD back! I hit du’s today! 20 unbroken more than once! Totally saved me!
    B: 4 bacon, 2 eggs, coffee
    S: sausage
    L: chicken and salsa
    S: banana with almond butter
    D: sausage, brussel sprouts
    Also tried detox bath tonight, mostly bc I have a splinter in my box jump wound and I can’t find it…. Drinking lots of water now! Felt good!

        It’s really good! Ill bring u some 🙂 I can’t figure out what to put it on so I’ve just been eating it like that. It’s a great sugar fix. Super sweet
