    B – 4 Eggs Scrambled. 1c Broccoli. 1c Coconut Milk (Unsweetened Full Fat). 1/2c Strawberries.
    S – 1/2 Banana. Almonds.
    L – 4 Eggs Hardboiled. 1c Mixed Veggies
    S – Sweet Potato Chips
    D – 10oz Beef. 1 1/2c Mixed Veggies.
    S – Sun Butter.

    Ate a ridiculous amount of food today
    B..sausage egg and tomato omelette
    L..steak and pork salad with lettuce guac and tomato
    S..strawberries. 1/2 banana and beef jerkey
    D..grilled chicken salad with lettuce bacon hardboiled egg tomato raisin and olive oil. Also handful of walnuts/almonds
    S..steak and egg with salsa…finally full
    8hrs sleep

    D- paleo chow Mein (deer meat, shredded cabbage, veggies)

    S: Green Smoothie: Spinach, carrots, 3 strawberries, sm handful of blueberries, 3 sm chunck fresh pineapple
    L: Ground beef w/tomatoes, spagetti squash, onions green peppers and mushrooms
    S: Avocado
    D: Ground chicken w/hot sauce, tomatoes, onions and lettuce

    Wod: 6PM
    Sleep 7 hours

    L: twice baked sweet potato half with ground turkey, paleo ranch, asparagus
