    B – 3 Eggs Hardboiled. 8oz Chicken Breast. Apple. Sun Butter.
    S – 3 Strips Bacon.
    L – (Late Lunch) 10oz Chicken Thighs. 2c Spinach. 1c Bell Pepper. 1c Red Onion. Avocado. 1/2c Salsa.
    S – Apple. Sun Butter.
    D – 8oz Chicken Breast. 1c Spinach. 8oz Unsweetened Coconut Milk (Full Fat)
    S – Banana. Sun Butter.

    WOD – Rest.
    Post WOD Protein – No.
    Sleep – 9

    L- No time 😦
    D- Cauliflower soup, ground beef with onions, mushrooms and tomatoes, avocado, glass of wine
    Sleep- 8.5 hrs

    D- turkey bacon, steak

    WOD- no, 1.5 hrs boxing
    Sleep- 7 hrs

    S. 1/2 grapefruit
    L: Avocado
    D: paleo chili and 1 paleo muffin

    Wod: None
    Sleep 7 1/2 hours

    L..salad with chicken cucumbers avocado bacon tomato and balsamic vinegarette
    D.. eggs and make shift chorizo (basically veal with paprika and chili powder) apple and raisins
    S.. woodchucks

    L: 2 paleo hot dogs, sweet potato chips
    S: almonds, walnuts, dried figs
    D: lemon pepper chicken, onions/apples
    S: raw radishes and peppers, guac, raisins

      Protein after each wod
