Scoring

Just want to make sure everyone is clear on the scoring so I don’t have a mob of you hating on me Wednesday when the winning team is announced.

Daily: You were able to get up to 10 pts. daily – 11 on Saturdays. Sun-Fri: 2 pts. breakfast, 1 pt. snack, 2 pts. lunch, 1 pt. snack, 2 pts. dinner, 1 pt. WOD, 1 pt. 7+ hrs. sleep. Sat:ย 2 pts. breakfast, 1 pt. snack, 2 pts. lunch, 1 pt. snack, 2 pts. dinner, 1 pt. Yoga, 1 pt. Open Gym, 1 pt. 7+ hrs. sleep.

The CrossFit Open: You received 5 bonus points if you signed up to participate in the Open.

Before/After Photos: You will receive 10 points for your BEFORE photo and 10 points for your AFTER photo. Total 20 points if you submit your BEFORE/AFTER photos.

Goal: You received 10 points if you worked toward or hit your Goal during the Challenge. No penalties for not hitting a goal! Just keep working on it!

Before/After WOD: You received 20 points if you improved your After WOD score as compared to your Before WOD score. You received 10 points if you did the Before & After WODs, but did not improve.

Testimonial: You will receive 2o points if you comment with a Testimonial about CrossFit, Paleo, or both.

Before/After Measurements: These will be subjective. I’ll look at everyone’s individually. There will not be any penalties for inches gained, unless I see it as a negative gain. i.e. it’s ok if you gained inches somewhere. This is not the Biggest Loser. 10 points for your Before/After measurements. These need to be emailed to me at Brittany.RecklessCrossFit@gmail.com by 12 TONIGHT.

Favorite/Least Favorite Part of the Challenge: There was a post that asked for your input on what you liked and disliked during the Challenge. 2 points if you replied.
