How is everyone feeling after their first full day of Paleo eating?

I will be emailing all of you that paid a Paleo pamphlet with TONS of information regarding Paleo, this Challenge, what to eat, resources, etc. etc.

    B: 4eggs, turkey ground beef, 1/2 cup almonds, broccoli

    D: 2 chicken breasts, 1 hamburger , avocado, bacon,
    S: almonds
    WoD : yes
    8.5hrs of sleep.

    d- pork tenderloin and aple salsa

    B coffee almond cream/1tsp honey (oat meal) didn’t know I was starting Palo
    S beef jerky
    L Sweet sour chicken (no rice)
    D smoothie blueberry, spinach, kale, flax seed, red pepper, cucumber, raspberrys
    whey protein shake w almond milk

    S 8hr

    B: small salad w/ cucumbers, tomato, pickle, & carrots.
    S: small handful mixed nuts (walnuts/almonds/pecans), med. Granny smith apple
    L/D: steak w/ carmelized onions, yellow squash, pickles
    S: small handful almonds, apple slices, pepperoni, carrots w/ almond butter
    WOD: 15:45 Rx
    Sleep 7+hrs
