Day 5 – Sunday

Alright guys, I’m soooooooooooooooooooo sorry for not posting this yesterday. I didn’t even have a cool excuse like being hungover. It was gorgeous outside, so I spent the day with Josh and the dogs and we were at the gym for quite a while while him and Michele tested some of the workouts from last year’s Regionals.

Although I didn’t go get schmammered last night, Bachelorette parties make you do crazy things…like jump on stage and dance with the band, go pee in a public parking lot while “hiding” behind a bus, and do “beer” bongs out of a Dong Bong…with a large…well, dong as the mouthpiece.

Needless to say, there was not much tequila consumed, and I did zero drinking once we actually got to Chicago. I still had one hell of an epic night, and danced my little ass off. My feet are still sore today. FML.

      if you went home early feeling like crap the day after this…. I can maybe see why. You need to eat more fat, throughout the whole day, not just breakfast!!! Big guy like you, WODding at 8:30 am needs more than salad and a little steak for dinner!!! 😉
