So I officially suck at this on the weekends. We’ve been logging major hours in the gym as Josh & Michele prep for Regionals. Josh’s coach has him doing the 3 days of Regionals every weekend from now until actual Regionals. The workouts looks brutal this year, and watching Josh, Michele, and Jeremy tackle them is awesome. I just wish I could participate, as horrible as they look.
