Day 13 – Monday

Gotcha! It’s like April Fools Day…but not. For those of you that came to the gym today, you noticed we didn’t do the posted WOD. Why not?! Because we have CHERRY PICKERS. Lots of em. You see 8x400m Run posted and find something better to do that night. Not necessarily always with running, but we all have our weaknesses and things that we just downright hate doing. When you see those things posted do you still head to the gym or do you make an excuse. We really don’t care either way. If you cherry pick, you’ll never get better at your weaknesses. We want ย you guys to get to the point where you don’t dread movements, and don’t have many weaknesses. How do you get there? ATTACK your weaknesses instead of running from them….no pun intended.

But running wods always = bad attendance so we can’t ever post them ๐Ÿ™‚

    D- 2 peices baked tilapia. Mixed berries. Coconut milk

    Sleep 3 hrs. (Tried for 8, but just laid in bed for 5 hrs unable to fall asleep)
