Day 14

HOLLA! It’s been 2 weeks already guys. How are you feeling? The detox symptoms should be gone by now for about 95% of you if you haven’t cheated.

This is the point where it starts getting really good. People start feeling better, their energy returns, and the WODs start getting impressive. Have you noticed any difference during your workouts? Personally, my cardio is 1000% better when I’m on strict Paleo. I can always tell if I have a cheat meal because my next workout feels like I weigh 50 pounds more.

It also starts looking really good. I mean you guys! Have you checked yourself out in the mirror lately? Some of your faces have already made a huge transformation. We keep talking about bloat…doesn’t your face look awesome without it?! And how about that stomach? Are you leaning out up top by your ribs? For those of you that workout shirtless I can definitely see some changes!

It’s great to see how many of you are staying strong and away from the cheats. 2 weeks down! Keep it up Paleo monsters!

    B- 2 scrambled eggs, bacon, guac. Coffee.
    L- salad with cucumber, hard boiled eggs, tomato, chicken and carrots
    S- pecans almonds and walnuts
    S- spoonful of almond butter. Glass of coconut milk
    D- 2 peices baked tilapia. Mixed berries. Coconut milk
    Wod no
    Sleep 3 hrs. (Tried for 8, but just laid in bed for 5 hrs unable to fall asleep)

    D- 2 grassfed burgers with grilled onions and bacon, sweet potato fries, 1 ciderboys hard cider- gluten free no added sugar, very good
    Wod- hit a good wod at chief crossfit. Strength 4×5 Bs 225, 235, 245, 255, 3 rounds- 10 bulgerian split squats, max effort ring dips, 10 bulgerian split squatsn, 5 max distance broad jumps. Did bss with 40# dumbells.
