TGIF…kinda. Luckily, no work tomorrow, but we’ll be at the gym super early to start testing the Regionals workouts again. There are a few other Regionals athletes coming out this weekend to workout with Josh & Michele so it should be fun to watch everyone throw down.

Regionals kick off today. Europe, North East, South East, and Southern California are the first four Regionals. There are tons of big names competing, and Josh & I have friends in the South East that we are rooting for.

Some of the “Jackie” times are ridic! If you’re not going unbroken, you’re not getting a top score.

Regionals is seriously the coolest competition ever…besides the CrossFit Games. If you are free the weekend of May 31-June 2nd you should get your ass up to Navy Pier. You won’t regret it. The crowd is insane and it’s so inspiring to watch the athletes throw it down. Plus, where else will you find 5,000 ridiculously good looking, muscular, half naked people? It’s awesome. Seriously.


I’m going to start doing Mobility 1-on-1’s with people that are having a hard time with efficiency and movement. Let me know if you are interested and we can set a time up.

    L: large spinach salad (spinach, almonds, hard bolided egg, carrot, brocoli, mushroom, marinated mushroom, chicken, avocado, red wine/vinager/amino blend)

      You should try Paleo fudge, then you can still eat chocolate and not feel guilty cause it’s not cheating.
