Day 19

The Tough Mudder was tough. Crazy and tough. The longest I have EVER ran. If you know me, this is a huge accomplishment because I’ve never even ran a successful 5k without walking. I did zero running to prep for this “obstacle race” but I survived. CrossFit works people.


However I do feel like I have the legs of an 80 year old woman today.

P.S. Don’t fret…I didn’t do any obstacles that required tons of shoulder. Didn’t want to re-injure myself.

    Today was Daniella’s graduation so I decided to use it as my ‘cheat day’

    L- no time- I was at the ceremony

    D- 2 glasses of red wine, open face panini with turkey, lettuce, tomato, onions & cucumbers, sweet potato & vegetable chips, 2 strawberries
