WOOOOOOOH. Slammed is an understatement. Work is insanely busy. We’re booked through the entire week. It’s going to be fun dealing with cranky ass people complaining about how they’re so hot and how we don’t have any appts. available until next week. Yowzers.

We’re super slammed at the gym too. Josh is going to be out of the gym for the most part from now until Regionals unless he’s working out. Kev is taking over the 8:30s since he has work at night, Rachel is busy with school all week, so I’m running all the night classes solo. Please be kind to me. Have mercy and be prepared in class. Listen and stay on track. Pretty please!

Did you guys see the shiny, new, huge camera Josh got for me?! I think he wants me to get some sweet pics of him at Regionals. It’s super badass and the best camera ever. I can’t wait to shoot Andy & Ashley’s wedding now!

Jess is doing a Yoga class tomorrow night at 8:30pm you guys can get a BONUS point for attending.

      make sure you are eating enough carbs. you’re eating a lot of fruit which = tons of sugar which = energy crash from the insulin response. eating boat loads of almond butter isn’t going to help. more veggies.
