I’m shitting my pants. Not literally, thank goodness, but metaphorically speaking, yes. I am crazy and desperate so I made an appointment for acupuncture tonight. Did I tell you guys I am 100% scared shitless of needles? Like I go to the Dr. and they want to do a finger prick, I pass out. Or throw up. It’s completely mental, because my pain tolerance is pretty legit. I just can’t seem to shake it. I wish I knew a hypnotherapist. Or I wish I didn’t have ย a toddler’s mentality when it came to needles.

It doesn’t help that we watched Saturday Night Live for the first time in AGES and the skit was about an acupuncture appointment gone wrong.

Ridiculously obnoxious fear #2…blood. Not necessarily other people’s blood, but my blood. Like if I scratch myself and it starts bleeding I have to run to the nearest water source to put it under water until it stops bleeding because I can’t look at it or else I’ll pass out.

I’m seriously feeling sick as I’m writing this. My face and ears are getting hot. WTF mind. Cut the shit. I’m tired of being a nauseous mess.

Anyways…enjoy the SNL skit below. Josh said if this happens to me tonight he’s leaving me there to bleed out. What a sweetheart.
