Day 25

Today was hella-exciting. Lots of cool shit went down.

First, I got all the gross brown color out of my hair so I no longer look like a hood rat. Win!

Second, Lew hit a nasty-easy 440# back squat with a pause at the bottom. Holy batman. Also, Kira came to Open Gym to do work and hit her goal of an unassisted pull up…and got 15 of them! You guys have been tearin it up lately. I love it!

Other exciting news, my cousin/bff found out she is having a baby boy! They had an announcement cookout with the families and at it, Sean asked her to marry him! It was an overload of excitement type of day. I’m so happy for them.

And finally, Hawks win! What an exciting game! Josh made it through about 30 minutes before he fell asleep so I grabbed a big ol glass of wine and watched it solo.
