Holy shit guys! You’re almost there!

Hopefully you guys are all having a safe & fun Memorial Day weekend. You guys were allowed one cheat day so I’m eager to see all the shit you guys chowed down on. I’m also eager to see how many of you opted out of the cheat meal and stayed strong despite the holiday weekend.

We just took the best nap ever. Windows open birds chirping 4 hour coma-nap. It was glorious.

I’m also sitting out in my back yard laying on the grass as I write this. Also glorious.

What an awesome day of relaxation!

I also got to watch Josh get acupuncture this am so that was hilarious. They put one in the top of his head. I’m going to talk them into letting me do his next time muahahahah

We’re open tomorrow at 9am for Memorial Day “Murph”. We’ll do a warm up then get rockin because its a long workout. We will have full Murph/half Murph/partner Murph options. Better see you all there!

    L- sausage, mango, strawberry banana pineapple smoothie
    S- apple with almond butter
    D- Ham, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, pineapple, strawberries, cantaloupe, white cake (I was at a graduation party and my choices were limited and the damn cake was calling my name- I guess this is my cheat day)!
    WOD- 6 mile run with Beth (that justifies the cake, right?)

    B- Oh lord, 10 slices of Applegate pepperoni and 5 prunes
    L- Bacon with banana and avocado cooked in bacon grease. (I know it sounds weird but I like it.)
    S- 5 strawberries
    D- 1 GF beef patty, 1/2 an avocado and 1/2 a cup of boccoli

    WOD – no unless you count cooking 3 lbs of chicken thighs today
    Sleep- 8+

    B: hawaiian omlet (ordered it minus the cheese, but after I took a few bites I realized it had cheese! I know I could have taken it back but I was with a group of old people from church so I just kept my mouth shut.)
    S: coffee
    L: pepsi (like 4 sips, but I’d had a headache for 4 days and I couldn’t take it anymore! Pepsi cures all my headaches and I’d held out long enough!!) and cheetos 😦 damn they were good!
    D: steak, a few more cheetos 😦
    S: some kind of pastry thing with apples, 1 half glass of some kind of blue fru fru drink
    THIS IS MY CHEAT DAY and now I just feel like sleeping for 12 hours, and I know I’m not going to do Murph tomorrow so Tuesday’s WOD is going to suck balls. ugh

        this is my cheat day… don’t I get the regular 9 points then?! 😦 And yes, I felt tired and lazy all day! I should have returned the omelet for a new one!

    B- veggie omelet using 4 eggs (obviously no cheese) topped with 1/2 avocado, 2 apple gate apple chicken sausages (sooooo yummy!) , tea
    S- 2 paleo banana but muffins (yum! Not too shabby for my 1st attempt at paleo baking)
    L- paleo chicken Alfredo using leftovers from grilling the day before and spaghetti squash (it was fantastic with leftover grilled zucchini, mushrooms, & Brussel sprouts in it and a little avocado mixed in too!)

        yep, instead of crackers or bread I use almond flour, onions, egg, spices and bake it up. Sooooo good!
