Memorial Day. Not national BBQ day.

I was so happy to see everyone at “Murph” this morning. For those of you that participated, you should feel amazing about yourselves. You tackled a hero workout. You poured your blood and sweat into that workout, Rx’ed the shit out of it, and paid tribute to a true American hero. You guys are amazing, and I was glad to see you guys decided to spend your Memorial Day doing something worthwhile.

It was also an awesome day as we celebrated 2 years of Reckless awesomeness. Happy birthday Reckless CrossFit. Never in my life did I think I would be where I am now and I couldn’t be happier. I truly love my gym, and love all of our members like family.
