And BAM just like that, it’s time for Regionals. Can’t believe it’s already here. Our house is full of people, and muscles, and a shit load of food.

I can’t explain how excited I am to watch this year. Last year we were noobs, didn’t know anyone, and didn’t really know what was going on. This year we have met soooooooooo many amazing athletes from our region that we have become very good friends with. I’m so eager to see all of our friends from Missouri. It’s going to be like a big homecoming. I love it.

Plus we have tons of support from you guys this year! Last year a few people from Reckless came to watch, but we had a small crowd. From the sound of it, there’s going to be TONS of you guys cheering on Josh & Michele this weekend. So awesome. I made signs for us to hold up and beards for us to wear πŸ™‚

    I leave for the rest of the summer tomorrow at O dark thirty. I will not have Internet access for a few days so this will be my last post. See everyone in August. I might be able to sneak back for a day or two in July. I did not meet any of my goals but I did improve. Weight loss on this challenged sucked.

    L- 2 lrg chicken thighs, 1 cup mixed veggies and a md avocado oh and an apple
    S/D sm apple, 5 blackberries, 5 strawberries, 1 Rx bar and 1 smoothie with egg protein/almonds and other such stuff since I was packing and moving my science classroom until 9pm.

    WOD – No but I packed and moved heavy stuff for almost 7 hours gosh darn it
