SAF RULES

The SAF Challenge half-ass started yesterday, so we’re hereby anointing today as Day 1. The Challenge will go until the end of Friday, February 7th. (yeah I know that’s 31 days but it’s easier to go 1.7.14-2.7.14)

You MUST log your daily food log every 2 days. If you forget to log your food within two days you get a 0 for that day. i.e. today’s food log MUST be entered by Thursday night.

There’s a chance at 10 points per day – 12 on Saturdays

Food=8 pts (meal,snack,meal,snack,meal) 
2 pts per meal if no cheat, 
1 pt per snack if no cheat
, 0 pts if cheat. snacks are optional, if you don’t eat one you will still get the 1 pt for it, same goes for meals if you aren’t eating 3/day.

When logging your food, include in detail what you had for meal 1, a snack, meal 2, a snack, and meal 3.

Wod=1 pt
. You get 1 extra pt everyday you participate in a wod at reckless. Since our lowest membership is 3x a week, 3 pts per week will be the max anyone can get.
You get 1 extra pt every Saturday you come to Yoga. 
You get 1 extra pt every Saturday you come to Open Gym.

When logging your food, include if you did a WOD/Yoga/Open Gym that day.

7+ hours of sleep=1 pt. When logging your food, include if you slept over 7 hours the previous night.

Before/after:
 There will be a benchmark wod next Wednesday (1.15.14) that everyone must do. We will retest them at the end of the challenge (2.5.14). You will win points based upon your progress with the 2 benchmarks.

Photos: you take these yourself – front view, side view, back view. It is best to wear no shirt and shorts for guys, a sports bra and shorts or a swimsuit for ladies. You do not have to submit these photos, however, you can get bonus points (20) at the end of the challenge if you submit you side by side before/after photos.

Measurements & weight need to be emailed to brittany.recklesscrossfit@gmail.com no later than Friday, January 10th. There will be a post with a photo on how to do measurements on your own.

You will be asked to set a goal by Friday, January 10th. Work on your goal weekly – at the end of the challenge if you complete your goal successfully you will get 10 bonus points.

At the end of the challenge you can get an additional 20 bonus points for a written testimonial.

The winner of this challenge is going to be baller status. CASH prize, Rx Bars, RSP supplements, and more!
