what to EAT! This is Paleo. In your plan I may have given you some different information as to what you are allowed/not allowed to eat, but everyone is following Paleo to an extent.

I love this sheet regarding food quality. QUALITY IS KEY. Always buy organic, grass fed, and even local when possible!

ALWAYS BUY ORGANIC: apples, celery, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, grapes, hot peppers, nectarines, peaches, spinach, strawberries, bell peppers, kale, summer squash/zucchini

OK TO BUY CONVENTIONAL: asparagus, avocado, cabbage, cantaloupe, eggplant, grapefruit, kiwi, mango, mushrooms, onion, papaya, pineapple, frozen sweet peas, sweet potatoes

What to cook your food & veggies in! What better way to get your fats in! Coconut oil, grass fed butter, and bacon fat are my favorites for cooking.

FISH OIL! By far the most under-utilized supplement by CrossFitters. SFH is the highest and most potent dosage that I have found out there. It’s a little pricey ($60) but so worth it, especially the Omega-3 + vitamin D. If we have 12 people (minimum wholesale order) that are interested in ordering we can place an order and we will all save $10 per bottle ($50). If not, go online and snag some of this stuff up. It’s liquid gold…and the flavors are seriously amazing. No fish aftertaste.
