    Day 4

    Breakfast: 6 eggs with peppers and 5 pieces of bacon.

    Snack: apple

    Lunch: salad (romaine lettuce, peppers, 2 boiled eggs, bacon)

    Snack: mixed nuts

    Dinner: cod fillet, broccoli, half of avocado.

    Did WOD

    Slept 7+ hours

    Swam 20 min constraint
    B 3 eggs 1 avocado and a bunch or broccoli.
    L. Bunch of broccoli with Kerry gold
    Grappled an hour
    D. Deer tender loins salad with Mct oil dressing
    S 1/2 a apple with peanut butter
    ^ I was craving something sweet so the half apple is what I used
    6.5 hrs of sleep

    B- Coffee heave whipped with 2 scoops of protein, 3 turkey sausage links
    M-Salmon and a side of asparagus
    S-Beef Jerky, handful of paleo trailmix (almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower kernels, and dried cranberries), Coffee with almond milk —- these snacks were at different times, not all at once.
    M-2 Pieces grille cod fish, side of cucumbers
    WOD- 11:18
    Sleep- 5 hrs.

    L- chicken breast, brussel sprouts, celery and almond butter
    S- 1/2 Italian sausage, peppers
    D- 1 hamburger, 1 fried egg, mushrooms, onions, a few slices of avocado, a few slices of tomato, sweet potato fries (maybe a whole small sweet potato).
    No wod.
    7 hours of sleep.
    I felt like I was starving today!

      bad. EAT PROTEIN, CARB, FAT every meal.
      banana = sugar, carrots = sugar, veggie chips=probably not paleo if they came in a bag.

      greek yogurt = no go. the fruit is fake and full of sugar and the dairy is full of hormones. if you’re going to eat yogurt eat plain noosa and throw in your own berries.
