Day 5

So your first Saturday is over. How did everyone fare? Still going strong? I told most of you that you need to stay strict with the plan I gave you for 5-7 days. If you 100% have and are feeling like you need to tweak it a bit please message me. If you haven’t, SHAME ON YOU!

Stay strong peeps! The side effects should be subsiding now and you should start feeling better during your WODs.

    B- 2 Paleo dogs, mini banana with couple spoons of almond butter
    S- couple hand full of pistachios, coffee
    L- home made Paleo Italian meatball soup
    S- half of a pummelo
    D- portobello mushroom sandwich with 1 egg, 4 bacon, chicken breast, 1/2 avacado, 1/2 small onion, lettuce. Home made sweet potato fries ( some soggy some burnt haha)

    Only 5 hours sleep
    No wod but got some legs in pushing cars on ice while working all day!

    B- 2 egg muffins
    S- pecans
    L- 1 egg muffin, 1 piece of bacon, 2 slices of a clementine (totally unintentional-was clearing off the boys plates and ate them)
    D- 2 bratwurst, onions, mushrooms, and cabbage fried in bacon grease.
    No wod
    Sleep- almost 10 hours!!

    Day 5

    Breakfast: 6 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, 1/3 of large green pepper

    Snack: none

    Lunch: salad w/ romaine lettuce, 2 boiled eggs, pepper, bacon, and half of avocado.

    Snack: mixed nuts

    Dinner: 2 lemon garlic chicken breasts, mixed steam veggies, half of avocado.

    Slept 7+ hours

    B coconut milk smoothie with a cup of mixed berries and a scoop of regen
    L. Chicken breast and avocado

    D. Almond butter chicken and broccoli covered with Kerry gold.

    L- Turkey Breast with avocado and smashed cauliflower

    D- Sauteed Shrimp & Mussles with artichokes & raw almonds on the side

    I was exhausted today for some reason. Literally slept most of the day away and therefore only ate breakfast 😦

    I feel terrible, but that is about par for me. I should pull out of it by Tuesday. Today I had to sit through a coached meeting with donuts and bagels and then the lunch was chipotle and portillos. I was dying!! But I sat there with my salad like a champ.
