Day 6

Sorry I’m posting so late guys! Just got home from the Great Lakes Invitational in IN. That was NOT a fun drive after 3 long days of competition. ANYWHO…I’m excited to see all your smiling sexy as fuck faces tomorrow! We’ll be setting goals tomorrow, as well as checking in to see how progress is going so far as we round out week 1.

For now, I’m time for me to try and catch some Z’s before 5am rolls around.

    BreakFast: Blended Coconut Butter Cinnamon Water with Nuts

    Snack: Banana & Strawberry Smoothie

    Dinner: Left Over Grilled Mushrooms & Peppers with Steak & Sweet Potato Fries

    B- 4 poached eggs, avocado, tomatoes and coffee with unsweetened coconut mil
    S- Raw almonds
    L- Grilled salmon with zucchini, small green salad, 1/2 avocado
    D- Super spicy stuffed poblano pepper with turkey breast, some pomegranates, broccoli and some raw almonds
    No WOD
    Sleep 7 + hours

    L: lemon pepper cod fillets(2), broccoli and bacon
    S homemade jerky
    D: 2 large chicken breasts, hand full of broccoli, avocado and a few homemade sweet potato fries rolled in coconut oil and a little bit of sea salt

    B-Veggie omelette (2 eggs, spinach) turkey patty (Jennie ground turkey). Black coffee with almond milk
    L-Brazilian nuts, cashew, mixed greens with olive oil/vinegar/balsamic vinaigrette dressing,pan seared sirloin steak
    S-organic turkey jerky
    D-grilled salmon with sautéed zucchini, bacon bits, garlic, onion, tomato and spices
    S- cashews/Brazilian nuts/turkey patty

    S- NOOSA!!!!!!! Like scooping cream cheese
    L- turkey and rice fried in the turkey drippings (awesome) with carrots and a glass of milk

    B- Coffee with heavy whipping cream

    S- Beef Jerky and Almond butter… Ate this while my meal was cooking because I was so hungry :-/

    M- Chicken breast with pico de gallo, side of mushrooms and pineapple….. My one and only meal of the day due to being at work and had no opportunity to eat. It sucked and to say I was one cranky bitch does not suffice.

    S- Paleo Trailmix

    Breakfast: 3 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, 2 small paleo pancakes (1 egg, 1 tablespoon of almond butter, 1 banana, sprinkle of cinnamon)

    Snack: none

    Lunch: salad (romaine lettuce, half of avocado, ground turkey, peppers, bacon)

    Snack: mixed nuts

    Dinner: salad (romaine lettuce, diced peppers), 2 almond flour breaded chicken breasts, steamed broccoli, half of avocado.

    Slept 7+ hours
