Oh shiza. Just responded to all of the posts so far so I’m finally caught up…just in time to leave for Miami on Thursday. There are A LOT of no posts from last week. Make sure you have your logs in from last Tuesday on.

I’m not sure if I was confusing, but you guys need to eat

PROTEIN, CARBS, FAT at every fucking meal.

Like zero of you are abiding by that.

Get it together folks! Post your goals asap along with your food logs.

    Day 8

    Breakfast: 6 eggs scrambled with 4 pieces of bacon and diced green pepper

    Snack: none

    Lunch: salad (romaine lettuce, peppers, bacon, sunflower seeds, half of an avocado)

    Snack: mixed nuts

    Dinner: 2 chicken breasts, steamed veggies, half of an avocado

    Slept 6 hours (2 murders and got out of work at midnight…..)

    Did WOD

    Goal: squat clean #280 (#15PR)

    M-“Unwich” from Jimmy Johns-no mayo, iced tea unsweetened
    S-albacore tuna and pickles
    M-Huge Protein shake w milk, strawberries and raspberries., steamed peas

    B-veggie omelette (2 eggs, mushrooms, mixed greens); turkey patty; coffee with almond milk
    L-Brazilian nuts, almonds, mixed greens with olive oil/vinegar/balsamic vinaigrette dressing, salmon, avocado
    S-organic turkey jerky, almond butter
    D- Brazilian nuts, cashew, mixed greens with olive oil/vinegar/balsamic vinaigrette dressing, salmon, avocado ( so good I had the same thing for dinner!)
    WOD: no
    Sleep: 8

    Today was great fucked my back up. Had to ask another grown man to put my shoes on. I will probably have to take a few days off I am going to try to swim this afternoon. Hope I don’t drowned.
    B @ 1230 after workout regen, 3 eggs, turkey sausage, broccoli, and an avocado
    S pack of raw almonds
    L. Paleo pudding= sunbutter a large tea spoon, shredded coconut,almonds, cashews, chia seeds, a few raisins and hemp hearts all in a bowl mixed together.
    D grass feed hot dog grilled onions and asparagus with Kerry gold
