    S: Celery with Almond butter (1 Tbsp)
    L: Leftover chicken and broccoli, mixed fruit, paleo cookie
    S: Banana muffin – paleo
    D: Salad with cranberries and 1 chicken breast, banana

    WOD: Yes (Also figured out my kipping pull-ups, a goal)
    Sleep: 7 hr

    Breakfast: 2 Eggs Over Easy, 4 Pieces of Bacon with Coconut Butter and Cinnamon water

    Snack: Nuts and Coconut Butter Cinnamon Water

    No Lunch not feeling well

    Dinner: 2 Beef Patties with Onion and Pickle

    WOD: No

    Sleep: 10 Hours

    Breakfast: 6 eggs, 5 pieces of bacon, diced peppers

    Snack: none

    Lunch: salad. (Romaine/spinach mix, bacon, avocado, peppers, sunflower seeds)

    Snack: mixed nuts

    Dinner: salad(romaine lettuce/diced peppers) beef roast, steamed broccoli, avocado.

    Slept 7+

    B: 2 eggs in coconut oil, turkey sausage patty, cauliflower, blk coffee
    L: Beef w/ squash, spinach, mushrooms, onions, sautéed in coconut oil
    D: Subway–steak & egg flatbread but didn’t eat the flatbread (used it as a plate! lol), spinach, green pepper, cucumber, tomato
    S: Sweet potato chips
    WOD: yes
    Sleep: 6.5 hours
