    Snack: Peanut butter & Banana Smoothie

    Lunch: Left Over Baked Veggie & Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

    Snack: Nuts

    Dinner: Pork Chops & Butternut Squash

    WOD: Yes

    Sleep: 10 1/2 hours

    M- broccoli, tomatoes, zucchini, grass fed beef frank, mustard, raspberries
    S- cashews
    M- 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, baked sweet potato fries
    WOD- yes, “before” 7 rounds modified
    Sleep- 71/2 hours

    L- 2 grass fed hotdogs, brussel sprouts with grass fed butter, passionfruit wheatgrass juice

    D- Salad with chicken and salsa, side of mushrooms

    Dinner- Crilled chicken with green peppers, onions & mushrooms, avocado & butternut squash soup

    Sleep: way less than 6 hrs (sick kid)
