    B; Coffee with butter/coconut oil, banana
    L: Omlette with bacon and bell pepers
    S: handful pistacios
    D; Apple pork roast with 1 sweet potato

    I did do some pre-birthday celebrations…which included beer 😐

    Yoga with Jess – Ron, Ryan and I did a workout together in the afternoon since there wasn’t open gym

    Breakfast: 2 eggs over easy 4 pieces of bacon and coconut butter cinnamon water

    Snack : nuts

    Lunch: left over baked stuffed mushrooms

    Snack: nuts

    Dinner: Calzone ( Non Paleo)

    WOD: No
    Sleep: 10 1/2 hours

    Day 12

    Breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 paleo pancakes, 4 pieces if bacon

    Snack: none

    Lunch: salad (romaine/spinach mix, bacon, peppers, avocado, sunflower seeds)

    Snack: mixed nuts

    Dinner: 2 lettuce wraps with chicken, guacamole, home made salsa. A bowl of chicken with guacamole and salsa.

    Slept 7+
