    Breakfast: scrambled Eggs , 2 pieces of Bacon with Coconut Butter Cinnamon Water

    The rest of the day was Non Paleo

    Breakfast: 3 eggs, two paleo pancake, 4 pieces of bacon.

    Snack: none

    Lunch: salad ( lettuce/spinach mix, bacon, peppers, sunflower seeds, avocado)

    Snack: mixed nuts

    Dinner: taco salad (romaine lettuce, chicken, guacamole, home made salsa)

    Slept 7+

    B- Coffee with heavy whipping cream
    S- Almond Butter
    D- Tilapia with spinach, olives, artichokes, tomatoes and a side of broccoli… Yes, I hardly ate anything this day but I had food all ready to eat for lunch and was never able to eat one bite of eat due to work being busy. Good for my wallet, bad for my body and my level of bitchiness.
