    L: Leftover pork roast, mixed fruit (approx 3/4-1 c), celery with almond butter (1 tbsp)

    D: Shrimp fried in coconut flour/flakes (paleo), served over cauliflower rice

    Snack: nuts with Coconut Butter and Cinnamon water

    Lunch: none

    Breakfast: 6 eggs scrambled with peppers and 4 pieces of bacon.

    Snack: mixed nuts

    Lunch: turkey tenderloin w/ mixed steam veggies

    Snack: none

    Dinner: bowl of chicken, guacamole, home made salsa

    Slept 7+

    Did WOD.

    Bad food choice day while traveling out if state. I know, no excuses 😦
