    Breakfast: 2 Eggs Scrambled Over Peppers & Sausage with Coconut Butter and Cinnamon Water

    Snack: Apple

    Snack: Cauliflower

    Lunch: Chili

    Snack: Carrots

    Dinner: 1 Beef Patty 1 Pork Chop (couldn’t decide between the 2, so I ate both) & Steamed Asparagus

    WOD: No

    Sleep: 10 Hours

    Day 15

    Breakfast: 3 eggs and 4 pancakes (2 eggs, 2 bananas, and 4 tablespoons of almond butter) black coffee with coconut butter

    Snack: mixed nuts

    Lunch: salad (romaine/spinach mix, avocado, pepper, ground turkey)

    Snack: grass fed hotdog

    Dinner: paleo coconut chicken, avocado, steamed broccoli.

    7+ hours

    Did WOD.

    (felt like I was dying this day and going to puke โ€ฆ couldn’t really eat what I wanted)

    m: 1/2 turkey burger with some olives and 1/2 tomato

    S- black coffee with coconut creamer
    M- hamburger, no bun, with green pepper and onion, celery with almond butter, and broccoli
    S- that damn cinnamon popcorn
    M- 2 eggs, 3 turkey sausage links, 1/2 Apple rx bar
    WOD- yes
    Sleep- 8 hours

    B- Coffee with heavy whipping cream, applesauce
    L- Chicken strips (grilled, cooked in coconut oil), carrots and a side of green beans with grass fed butter
    S- Pineapple
    D- Bacon wrapped chicken breast, leftover green beans from lunch

    WOD: None
    Sleep: 10 hrs. (Definitely getting sick :-/ fuckkkkkkkkk)

    S- Unsweetened coconut milk
    L- Grilled chicken with broccoli & cauliflower
    D- Ground turkey with avocado & broccoli

    S- pecans
    L- tuna, avocado, egg, celery with almond butter
    S- tomato & 2 paleo chocolate chip cookies
    D- 1 chicken breast, brussel sprouts sauteed with cabbage, asparagus & bacon
    ** Tried a few goji berries- yummy, and kombucha (a medicine cup full)- disgusting
    WOD- No
