We’re HALF WAY through the Sexy As Fuck Challenge already guys! I’m so so sorry I left you guys hanging over the weekend. Not cool on my part, but my phone’s WordPress app didn’t feel like working or letting me type in new entries. Anyways, we’re all caught up and good to go now. I need you all to log your food ASAP so I can see how you guys have been doing and how you’re sticking to the program I sent you. If you are having any problems or finding it hard to stick to, please message me on Facebook or send me a text so we can tweak your plan for the 2nd half of this Challenge. For those of you that are participating in the Rowathon this weekend, you get a special treat :] I’ll let you know on Friday!

    Breakfast: 2 Eggs Scrambled over Peppers & Sausage with Coconut Oil & Cinnamon Water

    Snack: apple

    Lunch: Left Over Pork chop and Asparagus

    Snack: Cauliflower

    Dinner: Ground Beef with Guacamole

    WOD: No

    Sleep: 10 Hours

    Day 16

    Breakfast: 6 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, grass fed hotdog. Black coffee w/ coconut butter

    Snack: mixed nuts

    Lunch: salad (romaine/spinach mix, sunflower seeds, bacon, peppers, avocado)

    Snack: kale chips. Home made

    Dinner: almond flour breaded chicken, mixed steamed veggies, avocado

    Slept 7+

    Did WOD.

    D: Sirlion with sweet potato fries……… of wine & choc covered strawberries..I mean they gave it to me for free @ Millhurst so I haaaaaad to eat it.

    S. 2 tbs of peanut butter
    Boxing for about an hour
    D. Soup tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, 1/2 a can of clams, shrimp, celery, and a chicken breast

    B- 3 pieces of toast (Yes, I cheated ๐Ÿ˜ฆ I was super sick and I needed something to settle my stomach)
    S- Coffee with heavy whipping cream, applesauce
    D- Salad with chicken, spinach, egg, tomatoes, and olive oil from panera…took 3 bites and saw a hair in my food. So my stomach was already upset all day and the one time I try to eat something substantial, I get a side of hair so I was done eating attempting to eat for the day, just wasnt gonna happen
