Hallelujah it’s almost the BIG DAY. Big day meaning the 2014 Reckless Rowathon. It’s such a blessing to have over 3x the amount of teams participating this year as we did at last year’s event. With more people comes WAYYYYYYYY more work. I’ve been buried in this for a few months now and I’m so ready for it all to come to a head on Saturday. I’m also ready for a drink. You guys can slap my hand, I know it’s not Paleo to drink and I told you guys not to for 30 days. I’ll do extra workouts for it next week, promise. Those of you rowing get a special treat too. I’ll tell you guys tomorrow ;]

    Day 17

    Breakfast: 4 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, 2 pancakes (1 banana, one egg, 1 tablespoon of almond butter) black coffee w/ coconut butter

    Snack: none

    Lunch: salad (spinach, chicken, bacon, avocado)

    Snack: kale chips home made

    Dinner: small amount of sweet potato slices, avocado, 2 ground turkey patties.

    Slept 7+
