If you see me at the gym tonight please don’t make fun of my appearance. Remember when I said I was busy yesterday? That was NOTHING compared to today. Holy stress! Holy phone calls! Holy shit to do.

Time to grind.

Can’t wait for tomorrow.

    L: Bacon, tomatoes, avocado wrapped in lettuce
    D: Andouille sausage with sweet potatoes, spinach, mushrooms, almond milk
    S: Mini bagel, applesauce

    Day 18

    Breakfast: 6 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, grass fed dog, black coffee w/ coconut butter

    Snack: none

    Lunch: salad. Spinach, bacon, sunflower seeds, turkey, avocado.

    Snack: mixed nuts.

    Dinner: 2 lemon chicken breasts, avocado, mixed steamed veggies.

    7+ hours sleep

    S: hand full of almonds
    L: paleo roast beef sandwich wrap. used rb as wrap
    D: Bacon, almonds, banana (gazing)

    D- Cheat- pizza (bad carb load before the rowathon)

    Sleep off and on 8 hrs up every few in pain
