    Breakfast: 6 eggs, 5 pieces of bacon, black coffee w/ tablespoon of coconut butter

    Snack: RX bar

    Lunch: salad (spinach/lettuce, avocado, bacon, ground turkey, diced peppers)

    Snack: mixed nuts

    Dinner: paleo almond breaded chicken, steamed broccoli, avocado

    Slept 7+
