    Day 19

    Breakfast: coffee w/ tablespoons of coconut butter

    Snack: 2 RX bars during rowathon

    Lunch: non-paleo. Sweet potato fries and a pulled pork sandwich.

    Snack: apple w/ almond butter

    Dinner: 3 paleo tacos. Cauliflower tortillas with chicken, tomato, avocado, home made salsa

    Slept 7+

    Did rowathon.

    L: burger, avocado, bacon and sweet potato fries
    S: almonds
    D: 2 chicken breasts, avocado and broccoli

    WOD : volunteered at the rowathon
    Sleep: 6hrs late night setting up the event

    L- ham, avocado & bacon & coffee
    D- Chicken, bacon, cauliflower soup, a few plantain chips & a glass of red wine

    Sleep: 8

    M:3 eggs cooked in coconut oil, 4 bacon, 1/2 orange
    S: almonds and sunflower seeds
    M: steak, broccoli, Lara bar
    S: almonds
    M:no dinner.

    Meals: Nothing I ate was paleo. The entire day was a bust :-/

    B: Omlette (2 eggs) with 3 strips of bacon and peppers
    S: Rx Bar
    L: Burger (no bun) with avacado, bacon, pickles and sweet potato fries. Bloody Mary
    D: Turkey sandwich (with the bread), spinach dip…sorry, at a bachlorette party and there were no paleo-friendly options.
    Then drank a few beverages

    WOD: Rowed my butt off
    Sleep: 7.5 hr

    B: sweet potato hash with 2 eggs(paleo)
    L: a fantastic burger on bread. No cheese though. Sweet potato fries. Absolute and club( kinda paleo…kinda)
    D: Mother f&$@ PIZZA. it was great. Had protein and veggies. I kept my eyes closed so I never saw myself eat cheese or crust. ( does that count?)
    WOD: just a tiny rowathon
