Day 21

So remember this one time when we held an event with over 600 people at it and raised $17,000 for a charity? I do. I’m still on a high from this weekend. We’re serious when we say we’re already planning for next year. I’ve already started contacting people about it :]

The work is never through!

Oh, and Josh is gone AGAIN this weekend for CrossFit. Plus side, I’m not going so we’ll have Open Gym on Saturday. holler

    Day 21

    Breakfast: 5 eggs, 2 paleo pancakes (1 egg, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon of almond butter), 5 pieces of bacon, black coffee with coconut butter.

    Snack: none

    Lunch: salad lettuce/spinach, turkey, bacon, peppers, sunflower seeds, avocado

    Snack: RX bar

    Dinner: beef tenderloin, mixed veggies, avocado

    Slept 7+

    L: Tilapia w. broccoli (the office hated me for that one), Fresh Fruit

    D: Paleo Chili with “corn muffin” (made with coconut flour, eggs, honey, and some spices)
