    Day 23

    Breakfast: 5 eggs, 2 paleo pancakes (1 egg, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon of almond butter), 5 pieces of bacon, black coffee with coconut butter.

    Snack: RX bar

    Lunch: salad (lettuce/spinach, peppers, bacon, turkey, avocado, sunflower seeds$

    Snack: kale chips

    Dinner: paleo BBQ chicken, broccoli, sweet potatoe.

    Slept 7+

    S- couple spoons of almond butter
    L- 4 Paleo hot dogs, small apple
    D- left over Paleo chicken tortilla soup

    M: salad (chicken, red peppers, spinach, cucumber, red onion, green onion)

    B- late breakfast! coffee with unsweetened coconut milk, beef patty with 2 eggs & avocado
    S-no, too full from breakfast
    L- Rx Bar
    D-grilled Chicken with cauliflower soup, mushrooms, peppers & spinach
    WOD yes- OGAR
    Sleep- 7+ hours

    B: Paleo Cereal with almond milk, “butter” coffee
    S: Celery wtih almond butter
    L: Beef with peppers, fresh fruit
    S: Larbar
    S2: Almonds (had no dinner between work and class so these held me over til I got home @ 10)
    D: Chicken breast, sauteed peppers, natural salsa, guac (our version of Chipotle)

    WOD: No
    Sleep: 7 hr

    S- hot dog
    D- Italian sausage, mushrooms, onions, colored peppers

    D- Salad with chicken, bacon, egg, spinach, tomatoes and olive oil
    S- Paleo trail mix

    B:sweet potato hash with 2 eggs and coffee
    S: none
    L: chicken meatballs and Brussel spouts.
    D: 1teaspoon peanut butter, green beans and almonds, and beer ( Sam Adams and it was yummy!!)
