Day 24

Approaching another weekend…and I’m going to be HOME for once! We’ve had such a crazy month. I’m so looking forward to a relaxing weekend…aka catching up on life, photography, etc.

Anyone doing anything fun for the Superbowl? I’m so far detached from “real” sports now it’s crazy. I used to absolutely LOVE baseball and football. Now I’ll watch a hockey game here and there but have no clue what’s going on with any Chicago teams, nor who’s even in the Superbowl this year. I can ramble off all of the CrossFit happenings of the day/month/year, however, and can give you a small bio on just about any “big name” CrossFit athlete. Oh how things change.

For those of you that are still part of the real world and are doing something for the Superbowl, here are 48 paleo recipes that look SO GOOD.

    L: Salad with chicken breast, peppers, cranberries, cucumbers, balsalmic dressing, fresh fruit

    D: Paleo meatloaf (2 slices), sweet potato wedges

    WOD: Yes – Rx
    Sleep: 6.5 hr

    Breakfast: 2 pale pancakes, 5 eggs, 5 pieces of bacon
    Lunch: RX Bar
    Dinner: steak, crab legs, broccoli, avocado

    slept 7 hours

    D: 2 cod fillets, avocado and broccoli

    B- 3 eggs, 5 turkey bacon
    L- 2 Paleo dogs, small apple with almond butter
    D- while driving to Indianapolis we stopped at the only place we saw…mcdonalds! I had a chicken sandwich with bacon and didn’t eat the bun. But within an hour I felt completely sick and still had over 3 hours of driving. So I had to stop at 3 rest stops on the way and as soon as we got to the hotel I didn’t even make it inside I puked all over the Parkin lot and then a couple more times over night!!! I am guessing FOOD POISONING!
