Saturday – awesome crowd at Yoga this am! So glad to see a big class despite the snow. Team WOD was an ass kicker! If you were there today, get some rest tomorrow. Your body needs it after this week!

    D- chicken breast, celery w/ almond butter, olives
    Open gym and yoga: yes!

    S: banana
    L: burger patty with avocado and1 1/2 strips crumbled bacon, sweet potato wedges
    D: salad with grilled chicken breast, bacon, cucumbers, vinaigrette dressing
    (lots of bacon today ha)

      Oh yes, I did have a Enjoy Life dark choc bar, probably not the best Paleo choice..

    D- Applegate Farms ham (3 slices), avocado
    S- paleo cookies- terrible- I lost count while baking..,.
    D- 3 chicken drumsticks, 1/2 avocado, cucumbers, grapes
    ** Clearly I was craving sweet!!! 😦

    B- coffee with unsweetened coconut milk & coconut butter, 3 eggs with some pizza spaghetti pie
    L- cauliflower soup with chicken
    S- no
    D- ground beef with avocado, bacon & a few sweet potatoes
    No WOD or Yoga πŸ˜ͺ

    Dinner: almond flour chicken and cauliflower fried rice

    Slept 7+
    Did yoga and team WOD.

    L- Chicken with grilled onions and green peppers, side of cucumbers
    S- Almond Butter
    D- Tilapia with spinach, olives, artichokes, tomatoes, and olive oil with a side of broccoli

    Sleep: 9 hrs.

    Wod; 3000m row in 150m intervals with 30sec rest between ( open gym)
    sleep: 8hrs
