    Breakfast: 4 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, 2 paleo pancakes

    Lunch: salad with turkey, peppers, sunflower seeds, avocado

    Snack: mixed nuts.

    Dinner: cauliflower rice with chicken and veggie stir fry

    Slept 7+
