Day 29

AFTER WOD tomorrow!

I’m really looking forward to seeing the progress you guys have made in the past month. You’re going to be surprised with your outcome.

Remember, EVERYTHING will be due by Saturday so that I can tally up and figure out who the winner is by the end of the weekend.

Goals, Before/After WOD, all food logs, weight, measurements & a testimonial if you choose to do one.

Log due Thursday 10pm.

    M:3 eggs in coconut oil, 3 bacon
    S: almonds,
    M: chicken fajitas, spinach
    S: almonds
    M: 2 burgers, 2 eggs, 2 bacon, cucumbers, spinach and sunflower seeds.

    L- left over turkey sausage
    D- pork chops, sweet potato fries

    B: chicken sausage with sweet potatoes and green beans with 2 eggs cooked in olive oil. Coffee with almond milk
    L: carrots and celery with paleo gauc.
    D: chicken breast, steamed veggies. I tried one marshmallow treat Oreo and one cookie dough Oreo. I liked the marshmallow treat better. Get them at a jewel near you.

    B: paleo cereal w almond milk & coffee
    S: apple
    L: salad with chicken breast, apples, grapes, walnuts, balsamic dressing
    S: coconut larbar
    D: handful of nuts and around 11 pm I had a protein shake and some sweet potato cubes. Ahh life of a grad school student

    Sleep: 7 hr
    WOD: No

    Day 29

    Breakfast: 4 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, 2 paleo dogs, coffee with coconut butter.

    Snack: none

    Lunch: salad with avocado, sunflower seeds, peppers, turkey, bacon.

    Snack: mixed nuts

    Dinner: 2 grassed dogs and sweet potato slices

    Slept 7+

    Did WOD.

    D- Hamburger patty, 10 grilled little shrimps, side of celery
    S- Pineapple

    Coconut milk, coffee
    L-salmon with broccoli, cauliflower & avocado
    D- grilled chicken, avocado, broccoli
    WOD yes
    Sleep 8 hours

    S- banana, pecans
    L- a can of tuna, an avocado, a hard boiled egg, cucumbers
    S- 4 paleo cookies
    D- beef roast wrapped with bacon ( a few slices), broccoli
    NO WOD
    Sleep- 7 hours

    D-mixed greens salad with vinaigrette dressing, almonds, avocado, chicken breast
