    Day 30

    B- 3 eggs with uncured Canadian bacon, & coffee with unsweetened coconut milk
    S- Paleo granola with unsweetened almon milk, coffee
    S- no
    L- ground beef with some sweet potatoes, avocado
    D- Chicken & Turkey burger patty with broccoli, cauliflower & avocado
    SAF WOD 6 rounds!! First time I did 5 + 1, and I had a hard time with it. Second time was way easier!! 😬
    Sleep 8+ hours

    L- left over pork chop, sweet potato fries
    D- cinnamon apple pork
    Wod, post wod protein
    10 hrs sleep

    M- chicken broth
    WOD- no
    Sleep- 8 hours
    Feeling better-ish

    S: jerky and avocado
    L: 3 burgers, avocado and pickles
    S: Jerky
    D: 2 chicken breasts, broccoli and avocado

    Wod: no
    Sleep: 9hrs

    B- 3 turkey sausage links, banana
    S- Coffee with heavy whipping cream, unsalted cashews with dried cranberries
    D- Salad with chicken spinach, tomatoes, egg and olive oil

    WOD: Yes, Paleo WOD which I increased one full round since the first time
    Sleep: 7 hrs.
    Fish Oil: 3 pills

    S: Apple
    M: filet with sweet potato fries and olives

      after wod I got 4+4 and the first time around I only got 2+4

    S- carrots
    L- applegate farms ham slices (6), avocado, tomato, pecans
    S- Blueberry rx bar
    D- steak, zucchini, onion, mushrooms, brussel sprouts
    WOD- No
    Sleep- way less than 7 hours- stupid stomach!

    L- chicken breast, asparagus, olives
    S- prunes, pistachios
    D- post wod shake, olives, porkchop
    Wod: yes, got 5 more reps than 1st time

    B-veggie omelette (2 eggs, mushrooms, spinach, kale, onions), coffee with coconut milk
    L-mixed greens salad with vinaigrette dressing, almonds, avocado, chicken breast
    D-green beans sautéed in spices, bacon bits, pork chop, avocado, coconut milk
    WOD yes
    Sleep 7.5

    M: 3 eggs in coconut oil, 3 bacon
    S: almonds,
    M: salad (chicken, romaine, onions, red pepper, spinach, egg whites, cucumber)
    S: almonds
    M: 2 beef patties, spinach, cucumbers
